General

Artwork files can be sent by email if they are 20MB or smaller, or online via WeTransfer if larger than 20MB. Please ensure artwork files are supplied in line with below specifications as artwork received that is not in line with these specifications may encounter errors in production, delay your project and be subject to design charges. We can assist, design and create for you if required, just ask!

Adobe Illustrator EPS files (Illustrator is iD Signs preferred program)

• Set up files at 100%. Where 100% is not possible, save files at 10%.
• ALL FONTS MUST BE OUTLINED.
• Images should be CMYK with a minimum 150dpi.
• Ensure images are embedded in the Illustrator file.
• If you require PMS colours to be matched please specify in your file. (CMYK breakdowns cannot be matched)
• Include at least 25mm bleed.
• We accept PDF, EPS, Ai files.

Adobe Photoshop

• Set up file, as close to 100% as you can. Where 100% is not possible, save files at 10%.
• All files should be CMYK and minimum 150dpi.
• Please ensure your file is flattened.
• Include at least 25mm bleed.
• We accept PDF, EPS, TIF and JPEG files.

Adobe InDesign

• Set up file, as close to 100% as you can. Where 100% is not possible, save files at 10%.
• Images should be CMYK and minimum of 150dpi.
• Include at least 25mm bleed.
• InDesign files need to saved and packaged (with all necessary fonts, links etc).

High Res PDF files

• We can only print directly from PDF files if supplied print ready. Amendments are made to suit fabrication.
• Files MUST have all fonts outlined. We will not accept files with fonts embedded.
• All files should be CMYK and at a minimum 150dpi.
• Include at least 25mm bleed.
• Artwork MUST be 100% of output size. Where 100% is not possible, save files at 10%.
